Selective one-stage invitation competition, winning project. Administrative development in an industrial area.
Located in Geneva, in the new district of PAV, the new offices of Alvean were projected in the new buildings realized by the CFF, hosting several multinational companies and shops and cafés-restaurants on the ground floor. This project was an opportunity for us to completely redefine and rethink the usual office and workspace layout. Indeed, the company has more than 400 people, so the different work, meeting and relaxation areas were studied. The whole project was aimed at creating a modern and pleasant working space.
Our collaboration with the client and his representative allowed us to analyse in detail the demands of the users and the requirements of the company's various activities, in order to meet them down to the smallest detail, while associating an innovative and user-friendly vision.

Our mandate covered the main phases of a standard project, i.e. the preliminary design and project phases, the preparation of the building permit application, the execution plans and details, the calls for tenders, the monitoring of the construction site and the budget until the handover of the premises and the final operating file.
The main challenge of this project was to adapt to the changing wishes of the users in order to meet their requirements as closely as possible.
The particular interest of this project was the involvement of all the company's employees, in order to take into account the general and individual opinion, thus defining a friendly and pleasant working space for each employee.
