Located in Geneva, this project, developed in collaboration with the Walder Wyss firm, transformed three raw floors into modern offices, optimizing open spaces, private offices, conference rooms, technical facilities, and sanitary installations.
The design was tailored to meet users' specific needs while respecting the building's technical and architectural constraints. The flexibility of the spaces, enabled by the absence of fixed technical partitions, allowed for modular and functional work environments, integrating state-of-the-art systems such as ventilation, heating, and cooling through active ceilings. Spanning levels 5 to 7, the three floors were designed to maximize functionality and adaptability.
Levels 5 and 6, totaling 3,140 m², are dedicated to office spaces that foster collaboration and efficiency. Level 7, covering 590 m², houses the reception area and modular conference rooms, providing a professional and modern environment for clients.

All technical installations, including sanitary systems, ventilation, heating, and cooling through active ceilings, were seamlessly integrated with the raw floors to ensure comfort and flexibility for future occupants.
We also designed and built two fully customized wooden staircases, crafted in our workshop and produced by renowned Geneva-based cabinetmakers. These staircases combine aesthetics and functionality, adding a modern yet warm touch to the project.
A cylindrical rooftop lounge, located at the corner of Rue du Rhône and Rue du Commerce, offers stunning panoramic views of the lake and surrounding rooftops, creating a unique relaxation space. The high-end finishes, featuring walnut, natural stone, and acoustic glass partitions with electric opacity systems, blend elegance, privacy, and modernity. This project showcases our commitment to creating workspaces that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable, meeting the highest technical and architectural standards.
